RECERTIFICATION STEP 2:

MATCH EXPERIENCE

You must prepare your Match Experience for your records. The state does not track this information therefore you MUST do it yourself. Any combination of the below methods works as well.
I have posted 2 versions online:

• Microsoft Word-Allows you to fill it in on your computer and print it out.
• Adobe Acrobat-You must fill in by hand.
• You may also keep an Arbiter printout if you sign it with the phrase "I certify that the information contained in this document is accurate." I will leave the matches in Arbiter until the end of January. For step by step instructions on how to do this, click here.

THIS FORM MUST BE SIGNED AND DATED.

This form was also included in last year's recertification booklet.

REMEMBER-ALL USSF AFFILIATED GAMES COUNT for upgrade from 9 or 8 to 7. Only full length games count beyond that level of upgrade. Indoor matches do NOT count unless you are specifically told otherwise.

In our area that would be:

State Cup, State Cup Playdowns, Thruway League Cup, Elmira Adult League, Syracuse Recreational Adult League, Broome County Soccer Association Spring League, Tompkins County Fall League, CCYSA Recreational League, Tioga County Youth Soccer Association (TCYSA), all Regional/National matches, and any USSF outdoor tournaments (Newark Valley, Vestal, BC United, Brockport, Erie PA and Gettysburg PA plus many, many more).
