RECERTIFICATION PART 5:

APPLY FOR REGISTRATION TO USSF

Using the link below, log on to www.ussoccer.info using Internet Explorer and enter an "R" followed by your USSF ID number. If you don't know your number, let the DRA or Chapter Instructor know and we will look it up for you. Your login password will be your last name.

Once you have logged on you will need to do several things:

• Under the "Home" tab, check your personal information to be certain it is correct (we still do NOT need or want your Social Security number!)
• Click on the "Referee" tab near the top of the page
• Click the "Registration" button in the sidebar
• Fill out the registration form. You will note that you can click all of your badges at the same time (i.e. only one application for all of your badges). IF YOU ARE A GRADE 9 REFEREE BE CERTAIN THE GRADE LEVEL IS CORRECT.
• If you will have completed all of your requirements by the end of the recertification class, check each appllicable "Request for Upgrade" buttons. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR GRADE LEVEL.
• Click submit.
• At this point you will need a Visa, Mastercard or Diners Club card to pay the USSF and state share of your registration.
• Once you have been transferred to the Verisign portion of the site, give the requested information for payment and click submit.
• Print out either the receipt/confirmation page or a copy of the confirming email which USSF will send to you and bring a copy to the recert clinic. You will still need to write a check to IDSRA for the balance of what you owe (local, NYSW Risk Management fees, upgrade costs for 9 to 8 or 7 to 6).

At that point your application is submitted and once you have passed the test, and the SRA has approved your registration, you are registered.
